5 being the best, I was at a '4' with Quicken 2017, but absolutely refuse to move to a 'subscription model' where Quicken holds the keys to my finances.
I've suffered through the upgrades (forced and otherwise) and the massive bugs that they would blame on the user.
I have used Quicken since the beginning when it was a DOS-based programme when the world didn't even have 'internet access'.
